Jenn Monty’s Picture Choice: One

Title: Sunshine

There in the golden hues of morning
Between earth and the heavens
Happiness unfolds her arms
Pushing through the dewfall
To capture rays of light.
She only stays a moment
Then moves into the day
Wearing the perfect timing
Of nature in the sun.

Then once again
In the deep blues of night
Happiness returns
Dancing on the breeze
Donning stars in her hair.
Moonlight pulls the radiance
From her cheeks
To shine upon the evening primrose
And give life to a sleeping world.
